This review is based off first impressions as I haven’t used it in the field yet. The knife came out of the box VERY sharp. RB says they sharpen the bevel to approximately 15 degrees per side and it is thin behind the edge, so that makes the S90v steel a super slicer. The Cerakote gives the blade a clean look and added protection with a smooth feel. The handle isn’t going to be the most comfortable to use on multiple big game animals at a time, but I purchased this a a lightweight backup and man is it light. For this price to get S90v steel in an ultralight package that seems very functional it too hard to pass up. Looking forward to see how it’s performs on big game this fall.
S90V, sharp, great edge retention, kydex sheath works great with good positive retention. Really can't go wrong with this knife at the price point.
Great value for an amazing hunting knife. Very light but comfortable in hand. Handle holds enough paracord to hang game bags after processing. Just as good as competitors selling similar knives for over twice the cost. Would highly recommend!
I love it just not got to use it yet
I have use this knife on one deer and one bull elk, it has kept its edge and is extremely sharp. I love how lightweight it is as well definitely worth the money.
