RB 2.0 Buckle - Warranty

After daily using and hunting for 2 years, my ridge belt one of the pins fell out of the buckle. Emailed the warranty department some pictures and the sent a new buckle without any questions! Thank you and highly recommend ridge belts for daily and all outdoor sports!!
