To make a warranty claim please email us the following information to ridgebelts@gmail.com

• Order # or place of purchase
• Picture of the issue

After our team has a chance to review your claim, we will send you a code to complete your warranty claim. Our lifetime warranty does not include shipping.

Please note once the belt is cut, we do not accept returns for full refunds. Refunds will only be applied to products that either have a manufacturing defect or have not been cut or modified.
